NEW YORK 鈥 March 3, 2026 鈥 Today, 茄子污污视频 and Charlamagne Tha God鈥檚 The Black Effect Podcast Network announced the launch of acclaimed entertainment executive and creative visionary 鈥 new podcast, 鈥.鈥 The series will explore growth, reinvention, setbacks and strategies for personal and professional success.
Joining The Black Effect Podcast Network, a platform dedicated to amplifying Black voices across culture, business and entertainment, Grimes expressed her excitement: 鈥淭he Black Effect is on a mission to amplify the voices of Black women, and I'm so honored to be one of the voices they believe in.鈥
鈥淲e firmly believe in the power of authentic dialogue from authentic voices,鈥 said Dollie S. Bishop, President, Black Effect Podcast Network. 鈥溾橧f You Knew Better鈥 embodies our commitment to creating content that not only inspires but equips our listeners with the tools and information they need to grow and evolve with intention.鈥
Grimes explained the inspiration behind her new show: 鈥淚 created 鈥業f You Knew Better鈥 because I recognize many of us are navigating growth and big life transitions without real mentorship or honest conversations. The show is built around the belief that experience is the best teacher. Whether it's a solo episode or a conversation with a guest, we take lived experience, extract the lessons, and turn them into practical tools.鈥
A college dropout turned executive leader, Grimes rose to become Executive Vice President and General Manager of Love Renaissance (LVRN), where she has made a significant impact on the music industry. Under her strategic leadership, LVRN鈥檚 roster, including Summer Walker, 6Lack, Belly Gang Kushington, Odeal and TxC, has expanded its global reach and cultural influence. She has overseen daily operations, marketing strategy and revenue generation, playing a central role in the label鈥檚 continued growth and rising prominence.
Beyond business results, Grimes has been a passionate and influential advocate for diversity and inclusion, helping to transform the narrative around Black artistry and representation in music. She has consistently championed equitable opportunities and paved the way for Black women in executive leadership, establishing a powerful blueprint for future generations in the industry.
You can鈥檛 rewrite the past, but you can learn from it. Grimes did exactly that, building her career with no traditional roadmap, just lessons that turned into leverage. Now, she is creating space for others to do the same.
On 鈥淚f You Knew Better,鈥 Grimes will share that hard-earned wisdom alongside artists, creatives and culture shifters who open up about the missteps they made, the mindsets that changed everything, and the game they wish they knew sooner. Together, they will unpack the highs, lows and pivotal moments across life, career and relationships so listeners either do not have to go through it, or can move smarter when they do.
Each episode will deliver real talk, sharp insight and practical gems designed to help listeners evolve into the version of themselves that knows better and does better.
鈥溾 will be available on the iHeartRadio app and all major podcast streaming platforms.
